Today we keep the feast of all saints.
It is good it falls on a Sunday this year. Many come using the smiles of Christ’s saints. But we are cautioned to beware of these people and follow the saints whose lives are clearly of the gospel and sanctioned through the church.

A saint is not always a goody goody; but they are always holy. They are not made of plaster or canvas or wood; but are alive today in one communion. They are here and they are in heaven too.
Today is the feast of life. Hallowed life in God and tomorrow (All Souls) we remember those who may need our prayers to get to heaven.
All Saints and All Souls are two sides of the one leaf. Today we pray we will be vigilant in search for God, and wise in Christ’s caution: ‘Many will come using my name’.
The church is cautious whom she calls Her saints. We are happy to follow their good examples and give thanks for thermo today.

The November Remembrance Candles will be available
again this year.
Minimum Donation for each candle is £5
It is suggested we have a maximum of Two Names (labels) or families for each candle.
